Plus, with cold resistance up to -40 °F, it’s also suitable for working in cold temperatures.
• [ EASY MAINTENANCE ] This high-quality silicone cooking brush is easy to clean and holds less bacteria than traditional pastry brushes. Silicone does not hold odour or flavour, meaning it’s more hygienic than non-silicone food brushes. • [ SPREADS SAUCES AND MARINADES QUICKLY AND EVENLY ] Lightyear’s dense silicone bristles absorb both thick and thin liquids for more effective basting. With flexible, durable bristles for delicate food, Lightyear’s pastry and meat brush has enhanced dexterity and durability. Ideal for filling all the nooks and crannies of your favourite dish with extra flavour! Plus, Lightyear’s food brush won’t discolour, nor become brittle for superior durability and flexible performance every time.
